Cicilline receiving PAC money

Cicilline said, perhaps a year ago, that he was refusing to accept PAC money. He has more money than he can spend. If people want to send you money, they will find ways to do it. The nice thing about PAC money is that it gets reported to the Federal Election Commission, and is easy to identify. I wasn't looking for Cicilline PAC money, but this passed in front of my face. On 6/17/2020 the Cargill, Incorporated Political Action Committee, committee ID # C00067884, gave the Cicilline Committee $1,000.00, as reported on Cargill's FEC filing:

I myself am happy to accept PAC money, just as long as the donors understand that there are no strings attached. I am actually actively looking for PAC money from those who have ideas similar to my own.

Cicilline thinks accepting PAC money is immoral. Well David, if I actually looked for it, how much more of it would I find?
