Cicilline says he doesn't accept PAC money. Here's another $1,000.00 in from BHFS-E, PC PAC (BROWNSTEIN HYATT FARBER SCHRECK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE), committee ID C00390583, on 6/30/2020.

It seems that the real dishonesty with PAC money is what Cicilline is telling the voters. I'm not even looking for these. When I've got time, I'll see how much money he's taking in from PACs.
